The Pterodactyl panel includes a built-in web console — you don't need SSH for basic server commands.
Opening the console
- Go to Dashboard → your game server → “Server Dashboard”.
- At the top of the Pterodactyl panel you'll see the live console.
- You can enter commands directly (e.g. “/stop” for Minecraft or “quit” for FiveM).
Reading logs
The console shows the last 500 lines of log output. For older logs, use the file manager and open logs/latest.log.

When something goes wrong, the log is often the quickest way to find the cause. Copy the last 50 lines into your support ticket — it speeds up diagnosis considerably.
