Order & transfer a domain

Register a new domain or transfer an existing domain to us.

Register a new domain

  1. Go to /domains.
  2. Enter the domain name you want in the search field.
  3. Choose from the available TLDs and prices.
  4. Click “Register” and complete the order.
  5. The domain is active within a few minutes and visible in your dashboard.

Transferring a domain

You need the auth code (EPP code) from your current registrar, and the domain must not have been registered or transferred within the last 60 days.

  1. Get the auth code from your current registrar.
  2. Make sure the domain is not locked.
  3. Open a support ticket with the domain name and auth code.
  4. We initiate the transfer — you will receive a confirmation email from your previous registrar.
  5. Once confirmed, the transfer takes 1–7 days (depending on the TLD).
