Order your first server

Step 1: Choose a product

Go to the homepage or to /kvm (KVM servers) or /produkte (game servers). Choose a plan that fits your requirements. You can upgrade at any time.

Step 2: Configure & order

Click “Order” or “Order now” on the plan. In the order form, set the server name and – for KVM servers – the operating system and hostname, and choose the billing term. The location is determined by the product line. Tick the checkboxes and click “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen” (place binding order). You are then taken to the dashboard, where you choose the payment method.

Step 3: Pay

• chevron_rightWallet balance: click “Guthaben (X EUR)” (balance) — X is your current balance. Payment is instant, without a redirect.
• chevron_rightOnline payment: click “Online bezahlen” (pay online) — Mollie page with credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA etc. If your balance is not enough, the dashboard takes you straight there after ordering.

Step 4: Automatic provisioning

After successful payment, automatic provisioning starts. You can follow the progress in the dashboard under “Orders”. Typical duration: 1–5 minutes (KVM) or 1–3 minutes (game servers).
