Create and verify your account
Step-by-step guide: registration, email confirmation and first settings.
You need a customer account to order products. Registration takes less than 2 minutes and is free.
1. Register
- chevron_rightOpen avantahost.de and click “Register” in the top right corner.
- chevron_rightEnter your email address, a username and a password.
- chevron_rightAccept the terms and conditions and click “Create account”.
2. Confirm your email address
Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link inside to confirm your email address. You can already log in and use your account before that.
Check your spam folder. If the email still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes or the link has expired, contact support — they can resend the confirmation email.
3. Complete your profile
Under “Settings” in the dashboard you can change your first and last name, your preferred language (German/English), your billing address and your password. A complete billing address is required for your invoices.
4. Two-factor authentication (2FA)
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA. Go to Dashboard → Settings → “Two-factor authentication” and follow the instructions. You need a TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Aegis, 1Password).
