If you want to manage your DNS records with an external service such as Cloudflare, you need to change the nameservers.
Changing nameservers
- Dashboard → Domains → your domain → “Nameserver” tab.
- Enter the NS addresses in “Nameserver 1” and “Nameserver 2” (required) and optionally in fields 3 and 4.
- For Cloudflare, for example: anna.ns.cloudflare.com & bob.ns.cloudflare.com (Cloudflare shows you the exact names).
- Click “Save nameservers” — the switch can take up to 24 hours.

Back to our nameservers
For domains with the DNS tab, the “Nameserver” tab shows whether our nameservers or external ones are currently active. Click “Use ours” to switch back.
warning
After switching nameservers, the DNS records and redirects from our DNS tab are NO longer used. You have to recreate all records with the new provider.
