Activating products in the portal

  • chevron_rightReseller dashboard → Products.
  • chevron_rightSwitch on the products you want to offer with the “Active” toggle (KVM servers, FiveM, Minecraft, web hosting).
  • chevron_rightProducts that are switched off are hidden from customers. New packages appear automatically, switched off at first.

Setting prices

For each product you see “Your price” – what we charge your reseller balance per order – and the “List price” in our store. Under “Retail price” you set what your customers pay; your margin is the difference to “Your price”. You can also adjust the public name and the description. Click “Save products” to apply your changes.

warning

Active products cannot be sold below “Your price”: if a retail price is lower, the field is highlighted in red, “Save products” is disabled and the server also rejects the save. Raise the price or switch the product off.
