Viewing invoices

• chevron_rightDashboard → “Billing”: all your invoices are listed there.
• chevron_rightEvery payment automatically generates an invoice.
• chevron_rightClick “View” on an invoice for the preview or “PDF” to download it. Under “Orders”, you open the invoice of an order with “Rechnung” (invoice).

What's on the invoice?

• chevron_rightInvoice number (sequential) and invoice date
• chevron_rightYour billing address
• chevron_rightService period and service date
• chevron_rightService (product) and amount, plus any discount
• chevron_rightTotal amount
• chevron_rightThe note “Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.” (no VAT charged under § 19 UStG) – as a small business we do not charge VAT
• chevron_rightFor paid invoices: payment date and payment method (“Bezahlt am … per …”)
