Top up your wallet

The wallet is an internal credit account. Once topped up, you can use it to pay for all products — without entering an external payment method every time.

Top up your wallet

1. Log in and go to Dashboard → Wallet.
2. Click “Top up”.
3. Enter the amount you want (at least EUR 1.00).
4. Confirm that provisioning should start immediately and acknowledge the notice on your right of withdrawal (compensation for the value received if you withdraw).
5. Click “Jetzt aufladen” (top up now) — you will be redirected to the Mollie payment page.
6. After successful payment, the credit is added to your balance immediately.

Paying orders with your balance

In the dashboard, you pay due orders with “Jetzt bezahlen” (pay now) and extend running ones with “Renew” — both directly from your balance. If you enable “Renew automatically from balance when due” for an order (for domains, in domain management), it is paid from your balance when due, provided there is enough credit. You receive an email reminder before the due date.
